Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every item you purchase from us. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Time Frame: You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging (including sneaker box, tags, and accessories).

• Authenticity Tag: If the pair comes with an authenticity or verification tag, it must be intact. Removal of this tag voids the return eligibility.

• Exclusions:

o Limited releases, final sale items, and custom orders are non-refundable.

o Any item showing signs of wear or damage after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Return Process

We will send you a return authorization and instructions. Ship the sneakers back to us using a trackable shipping method within 5 days of receiving return approval.

Refund Method

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

• If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
